Busy Bumps Lincoln covers healthy pregnancy, lifestyle, antenatal care and choices. Topics include birth preparation, labour & birth, pool & home birth, pain relief, newborn care & feeding, postnatal preparation and emotional wellbeing.

How long does each class last?
Classes typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the session.

We run our classes at Lindum Training Centre in North Hykeham, Lincoln.
